Returns + Exchanges

We want your kids living in their Camp Wimzi pieces.

If something's not quite right, we'll make it easy to fix. 

 

 

The Basics

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Exchanges (on us)

Need a different size or color? Totally get it.

• Exchanges are free for U.S. orders
• We’ll send your new item as soon as your return is on the way

Because kids grow fast—and they should be in clothes they actually want to wear.

 

Returns

If you’d prefer to return your item:

• Returns are eligible for a refund to your original payment method or store credit
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Store credit never expires.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange

 

Condition Guidelines

We design our clothes to handle real life—but returns need to come back in original condition.

We’re unable to accept items that are:

• Worn, washed, or damaged
• Stained or with odors
• Missing original tags

Returns that don’t meet these guidelines may not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Email us at hello@campwimzi.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of you.
